Juz wanna share a simple and easy-to-do cheese cake with u guys...This recipe was given to me by my colleague, Kak Fiza...Thanx for the recipe, kak..:)
Ingredients:
1. Cream cheese 250 g
2. Whipping cream 80cc
3. 3 eggs
4. 50 g bread flour
5. 40 g castor sugar
6. a bit of lemon squeeze and its skin ( u do know dat its the skin dat really holds the flavour :))

Here's how to do it:
1. Beat the cream cheese, eggs n castor sugar until soft..
2. Put in the whipping cream n mix it using mixer, with lowest speed..do not overmix it...(do not beat til it expand)..just beat them til they're mix well with each other..
3. Put in the bread flour and mix it well with the batter using a wood spoon.
4. Squeeze some lemon juice in it.

4. Squeeze some lemon juice in it.
5. Put the batter in a 70mm diameter cake pan. Make sure before u put the batter in the cake pan, layer the cake pan with parchment paper (kertas minyak) so that the cake doesn't stick to the pan...easier for u to get the cake out later.
6. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, 160 deg C. Bake using the steam-bake method.
Wala! There u have it! A simple but delicious cheese cake...
