Malaga Villa is an upcoming housing project which is located near SMK Datuk Peter Mojuntin Penampang via Jalan Tulangis-Terawi. Just in front of Malaga Villa's site is the ongoing project of Lagenda Saujana Condo, next to Datuk James Ligunjang residence. It is 5 minutes drive to-from Donggongon Town

Hi, they start land filling in jun2011 (according to the date of your photos) and begin construction soon.. Now is finished.... About 2 years. The house which is on higher ground in the second pic is within the taman? Appreciate your reply soon.

All houses are sold out already, sorry.. O.C maybe obtain this month..N no, the house in the second pic is not in the taman.
