Hello..just wanna share my simple and easy-to-make recipe..hope u will try this at home...happy baking...

"Forgotten Kisses" Meringue Cookies

Ingredients:

1. 4 large egg whites at room temperature
2. half teaspoon of white vinegar (if u have cream of tartar, then use 1/4 teaspoon of it)
3. 1/2 cup of granulated sugar (or u can just adjust the amount of sugar by tasting ur meringue)
5. 1 cup of cashew nut (finely chopped)
6. 1 cup of finely chopped choc milk bar

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 107 deg cel. Line 2 large rimmed cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. Place egg whites in a clean dry bowl and beat with electric mixer on medium-high speed until foamy.
3. Add the white vinegar / cream of tartar. Increase speed to high and whip until mixture  forms soft peak. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue beating until whites are stiff and shiny.
4. Add the nuts and finely chopped choc  and gently fold in until thoroughly incorporated.
5. Transfer to a ziplock bag. Pipe out meringue, abt 2 inches in diameter (or into whatever size u like).
6. Bake for 40 min, until meringues are firm and dry. Turn oven off and let meringue sit in oven for 15min (or in my case, i let it sit overnite, heee)

Wala! Your meringue cookies are done!

Meringue cookies tastes like Cloud 9 (dats the closest description i could tell u)..They are gooey in the inside but crunchy on the outside...i personally love it..happy trying.
