..Crunchy Oat Cookie..

Hi there everyone...long time no write and read blog la....hehe...so busy with my own schedule...but, yes, i still got time to try this simple recipe, which is, u know, part of my therapy...Turned out to be sooo good (ada fight juga la sama Famous Amos, chewah!!!)..Good thing abt this cookie is that, we're using oat as the main ingredients, no flour needed. Plus, the steps and ingredients to make this delicious cookies are sooo easy, like peanut! XD..Do try this, i guarantee u'll definitely like it!!

Ingredients:

1. 400g oat ( i used 500g of instant oat)

2. 200g castor sugar

3. 200g butter (but i used 250g)

4. 2 eggs 

DATS IT! Dats all the ingredients that we need.....told ya' its easy....:)

Method:

1. Beat the butter + castor sugar til soft and well mixed.

2. Add 2 eggs to the mixing and beat til soft. Then, add instant oat..Mix it with ur hands ja...Mix well..

3. Shape the doh to ur fav. shape and u can garnish on top with cherry ka, or pistachio ka, or with almond. U can also add pistachios or almonds after u put in the oat. (Improvise using ur own creativity la...)

4. Bake it in the oven for 20 min, 175 degree C.

WALA!! There u have it! CRUNCHY OAT COOKIES....its easy, delicious and healthy!!

..A Fresh Start..

Hi there...On holidays for a week and the next thing i know, working day starts tomorrow...how time flies like a bullet train..super fast! And this whole week of holidays, I've been thru many moments that definitely will stir up my life for quite a while or maybe should I say for quite a long time, but sure, and yes definitely, I'll make it thru...And this week also, I'd received a very good news about my acceptance as a postgraduate at UMS and also, my close friend, Odo, who is also 3months++ pregnant with her 1st child...that's some good news that still cheering me up..I'm so happy for Odo and plus, I'm glad and very thankful to God for my acceptance to further my studies @ UMS..So, looks like I'll be a busy girl soon...And I kinda like it..;)..So, with all the crazy things that happened during my holidays, I say, cheers to a fresh start, and cheers to my next journey of being a student...again...And enjoy this video, just a song i love...

Hi there...Ada cerita lucu la psl gambar2 ni....to cut the story short, last week sa p studio utk ambil gambar with scout's full uniform..(nda jg la blg full, sbb x berapa lengkap jg)..Tp yg lucu tu, proses utk mencari uniform scout tu sangat2 la sadis! LOL..Sadis mcmn???Haish, malu la mo cerita di blog, LOL..Yang penting, proses utk dapat  gambar full uniform mmg funny la...sdh tu, ntah kenapa di kedai tu, luar biasa btl p develop gambar full uniform tu sampai 8 keping! Call it an obsession..call it a handbags craze or handbags maniac...i call it a waste..I used to buy at least a bag  every month when i first started working and earn my own money....Biasa la ba, baru kerja and siok dpt duit sendiri, over-excited sbb can buy everythg yg kita mahu...But when i think back, what a waste beli barang2 begini....simpan lama2 pun pandai rosak jg...apa lagi kalo mcm sa ni yg xpandai simpan barang.....haiya....kalo dikumpul2, mungkin ada more than RM3K sdh sa habis buang duit beli handbags saja...mo lelong, tp macam kesayangan.....Tp a friend of mine once said, i need to learn to let go....Got a few of my handbags yg terkupas2 sdh, but still sa xmau bagi org, or kasi donate ka....and why is that??Because i dont know how to let go.....Tp ni la ni yg sa mo belajar buat during this fasting month ni...and i made a promise to myself not to buy any handbags til end of this year...Kira OK la ba kan...pelan2 org blg..haha....Apapun, mari la kita belajar hidup sederhana...jangan telampau ikut perasaan membeli....Org blg ikut perasaan, sendiri rugi.. Hi there...Not much to share, just a few things i did this whole week..Been busy with school's sports day last wednesday and thursday....Tired??Hmmmm...actually, not really, even tho berpanas di tengah padang jadi pencatat pusingan and ketua pengadil along with my bf, Carol aka CLD..But, thanx to our Scouts Team, kerja jadi a lot easier...
Ehehe...Jadi, JOHAN apa cerita???Pasukan WIRA la konon yg jadi JOHAN..(Nasib la xda extreme complainer..kalau nda......DOT DOT DOT..Ehehehe)...What abt my team??WAJA....Hmm...last place juga la...BUT, I have to congratulate my athletes for being soooo supportive and fire-up with hi spirit to compete in all events..Walau pun kita nda menang, tp at least kita "main bersih".....BANGGA part tu la, hehehe.....

OK..ni cerita lain pula....after habis sukan, masing2 pun pulang la...ni 1st day sukan ni...and i reached home probably at abt 5.30pm...Biasanya org lepas sukan penat and malas mo buat apa2 lagi...Tp amazingnya sa dat evening, sampai2 saja, belum mandi and apa2, terus membuat tart...dates tart.....Last week, i did promised c kawan utk buat dia biscuits since c kawan bagus betul sama sa..LOL..Tp yg lucunya, byk2 masa buli bake biscuits, kenapa la sa buat after penat bertugas sukan???I ALSO DUNNO...Amazing juga la....Then, i realized somethg...Maybe kalau kita happy, no matter how tired and busy we are, kita tidak akan kisah ba mo buat sst benda, even yg plg leceh sekalipun.............Right???To my dear RRF, this is for you, from Keningau With Love.....XOXO!

..SO MUCH TO DO, SO LITTLE TIME...

Hey there...Waaahhhh....been very busy lately...betul2 busy...just wanna share our school's activity yg bertindih-tindih sejak dari last week...Mana nda busy..last week saja got ceramah Teknik Menjawab SPM for every subjects..and then continue lagi ceramah this week and next week...At the same time, this week busy juga with School's Sport Day..2 days starting tomorrow..Then, next week ada in-house training for all teachers...apalagi kalau bkn psl SMM la, key-in marks secara online la...makin bertambah-tambah kerja..Then, next week juga busy sudah mo mem'photostate' bcos of the EXCEL II exam yg akan berjalan starting on the 8th-19th August...for sure, mesti ramai yg berebut2 mo minta photostate paper masing2...Tambah dizzy bila sa teringat Paper Biology tu ada Paper1, 2 and 3..And selalunya, paper BIOLOGY tu tebal GILA...mula la dgn kerja perkeranian..tukang clip2 paper...buli pening jg tu.....Haisshhh....Then, after exam EXCEL II, mesti mo trus key-in marks budak2...jadi, terpaksa la mo check paper budak ASAP..Bukan 1 or 2 subjects...If macam sa ni, ada 3 subjects mo di check....Ini pun buli bikin tension juga.......SPM pun just around the corner....additional classes, revision, etc...AARRRGGGGHHHH!!!But as the saying goes, when the going gets tough, the tough get going, begitu la juga sa...haha..good juga la...makin productive..;P...Well, whatever it is, I know that I'm not the only one who're facing this kind of situation..In fact, i think most teachers pun begini jg...malah ada yg even worst lagi....So, to all teachers, congrats for doing our job the BEST we can...CHEERIO~~

Simple and Easy-To-Do Cheese Cake

Juz wanna share a simple and easy-to-do cheese cake with u guys...This recipe was given to me by my colleague, Kak Fiza...Thanx for the recipe, kak..:)

Ingredients:

1. Cream cheese 250 g
2. Whipping cream 80cc
3. 3 eggs
4. 50 g bread flour
5. 40 g castor sugar
6. a bit of lemon squeeze and its skin ( u do know dat its the skin dat really holds the flavour :))

Here's how to do it:
1. Beat the cream cheese, eggs n castor sugar until soft..
2. Put in the whipping cream n mix it using mixer, with lowest speed..do not overmix it...(do not beat til it expand)..just beat them til they're mix well with each other..
3. Put in the bread flour and mix it well with the batter using a wood spoon.
4. Squeeze some lemon juice in it.

5. Put the batter in a 70mm diameter cake pan. Make sure  before u put the batter in the cake pan, layer the cake pan with parchment paper (kertas minyak) so that the cake doesn't stick to the pan...easier for u to get the cake out later.

6. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, 160 deg C. Bake using the steam-bake method.

Wala! There u have it! A simple but delicious cheese cake...

Hey there...Last Saturday, there was this "Kempen Kesedaran Kesihatan Mulut" organized by the Malaysian Dentist Association held at Keningau Mall..Me, along with my best buddies, Carol aka CLD and Moniq went there as we were invited to be the judges for the pre-school coloring competition held by the committee...There were altogether 32 pre-school kids from various pre-school in Keningau..This campaign was officiated by none other than our own Huguan Siou, Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan. It really was a FUN day for us...We couldn't help laughing our heart out looking at the pictures colored by those pre-school kids...Bah, mana nda lucu..ada yg ter'over' creative sampai milk pun dorg kasi warna biru la, merah la...kalo warna coklat, masih buli diterima la sbb ada susu coklat kan...hahaha!! Ikan pun ada yg kasi warna mcm warna ikan + asam jawa yg sdh kena guring..! Makin la kami kelucuan sampai my mom pun ikut kelucuan juga dengar kami ketawa2....Anyway, i hope u guys (Carol and Moniq) did enjoyed yourself dat day, as much as i did...Thank you for your support, and for being a part in this campaign...Nanti kalau ada acara gini lagi, i know la who to find..Ehehehe....XOXO!

Hey there....Just a question i'm curious to know the answer..How many of u ladies did wear a body shaper to make ur body shape much more curvy and attractive??And does it really work??Well, i did heard from lots of ppl who were suggesting that one body shaper from this particular brand does work out...It's ELKEN Lingerie Body Shaper and yes, i heard from real ppl who did wear this body shaper for years that this thing really work out!! P/S: I've seen those people who actually are using this brand, and really, they look fantastic!!  Realizing my body curve getting worst and worst, (exaggerating la pulak..LOL) i decided to go to a fitting session of this body shaper along with my best buddies today...after fitting and actually wore this body shaper, i, 101% sure that i really DO need it!!!Desperately!!! As for the price, terpaksa tutup mata saja laaa.....RM3650.00 (more or less)...but,  of cos, there is a price to pay if u wanna be beautiful..rite?? Bah...and so, i've decided la to buy one in September........yalah, memandangkan c kawan dont want to buy it for me..huhuhu....;((...And then, telampau la pula ambil masa fitting the lingerie, sampaikan ketinggalan bus to KK la pula!!!Hahahaha.....funny eh...tapi siok juga la.....Corpsdereve DX Lingerie Body Shaper, wait for me in September OK.........;p....or maybe there's someone kind enough to buy me one????....;))

Hello.....well, well...today's weather is very gloomy and cold la...y gloomy? The sun not even has the courtesy to say hello to us today...Even though it was icy cold this morning, i still had Nescafe O pok ping lor to accompany my breakfast...Sampaikan Ustazah Saliza pun geleng2 kepala ja...Haha!!I know, rite?? Tapi kan, walau pun the weather's not really good (nah, just starts raining already...heavy lagi ni!!), tp mood at school wasn't anything like the weather...We still had a FUN time, laughing and joking as usual..took some pics at school today, pics of my best buddies having discussion on how to write their English Lesson Plan...not that they dunno how to write their LP all these while, but, yalah, to discuss and comparing with each other's LP is not a crime mah...rite???But, yeah, this is how we rolled...:)..Life has to be fun, surrounded by good and fun people, that really care and love us...To my BF Carol, Kak V, Moniq and Ida... i say, cheers to our blossoming friendship....counting the days on and on for our friendship to blossom even more......XOXO!

Hey there...Last nite i was talking and chit-chatting with my Robert..We talked about our Tobbie and how much we miss him..Tobbie was our first pet that we ever bought together and i was very excited while shopping for our new pet since i never do stuff like dat...We first met Tobbie in September (if i'm not mistaken)...it was love at first sight...When we saw him, he was sleeping in his crib, and he was very cute with an angelic face...We took Tobbie and bought him, and i put him inside a big paper bag...He wasn't making any noises, or throwing tantrums...Dat makes me love him even more...Tobbie grew up to be a very strong and tough dog...With a very fluffy and shining fur...Aaahhh....Tobbie...At Robert's, he got his very own best friend, Lucky, whom he always been playing with...A month before, all of a sudden, Tobbie wasn't acting like usual...he didn't want to play with Lucky, didn't want to eat his food...and all he ever did was sleeping...everytime he eats something, he'll vomit it back...Robert knew that something was wrong with our Tobbie and he brought him to the vet whr Tobbie was given an injection..after he's been brought to the vet, Tobbie's condition didn't improve but got a lot worst..And so, about two weeks later, Tobbie died.....There goes our Tobbie......Sad as it is, i have to say dat maybe it's better dat way than seeing Tobbie suffer.....Farewell Tobbie, we'll miss you and you'll always be in our heart and mind............

A Simple Dates Tart....

Cooking and baking has been my passion ever since i was a child...still remember how i used to dream about opening my own bakery when i was just in my primary years...Just wanna share with u guys a simple recipe, easy peesie one...dates tart....actually, i wanted to try to make pineapple tarts since i love eating them so much..but i couldn't find (in my case actually, i didnt know) where to find the pineapple jam use to stuff the tart...that's y i substitute the pineapple jam with dates...and it turned out to be just as nice as the pineapple jam..:)

And here's how to do it:

Ingredients: 

1. 263g wheat flour

2. 15g corn flour

3. 30g castor sugar

4. 190g butter

5. 1 egg's yellow

6. a bit of vanilla essence

7. dates (chopped)

Steps:

1. Mix well the butter and castor sugar til a bit fluffy.

2. Put in the egg's yellow with the vanilla essence and mix well using a mixer.

3. Put in the wheat flour, corn flour and mix them til they become a doh.

4. Shape the doh as u like..stuffed the chopped dates into the shaped doh..

5. Brush the surface of the biscuit with egg's yellow and last but not least, bake them in the oven, 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes...Wala!!

TIPS: U should mix well the doh until it become a SOFT doh that don't stick on ur hands...

As a start....

Well, well....at last...i finally start my own blog despite having in mind before that i will never be able to create my own blog due to lack of knowledge on how to get started..but it turned out to be sooo simple and easy that i change my mind and now, wala! i now have created my own blog!! LOL..the reason why i was interested in having my own blog is because i'd like to share with you people my passion in cooking (konon la), sharing pictures and events, the out and about of my simple life as well as to share maybe some of the inspiring stories i heard or experienced in life...As for today, i wanna tell u abt wut i've watched on Oprah just now...it was a story about this woman, who had been raped because of her stupid ex-boyfriend had posted her pictures in Craigslist (it's one of the most popular social webpage in the U.S)..the stupid ex took her pics from her personal page on MySpace...and not only the stupid ex had posted her pictures but he also posted along the pictures a message to all that more or less sounded like this, "if you are a guy with no respect to women and wild, be sure to look for me"...(something like that la)..and wut happened next??A guy responded to the fake message, stalked that poor woman and raped her....Well, I really feel sorry for that woman......and the moral of the story is..........social webpage is full with lunatics!!Be sure to be extra careful on what u wanna post and write on social webpage coz u'll never know that maybe these lunatics are "stalking" u rite now.....CHEERIO~~
